I was given an appointment with Dr. Ryan the same morning I contacted the office. Dr. Ryan spent the time with me she felt was necessary, and she thoroughly went over my current issues and medications. She had a referral for me to have an ultrasound during that visit and I had the procedure done the same day.

I could not ask for a better PCP than Dr. Ryan. Se is the most caring, thoughtful and thorough doctor I have ever had. She leaves no stone unturned when looking for a diagnosis and treatment. She not only listens to you when you talk, she retains the information you give her and uses it to help determine how to best treat you. She is easy to talk to because you can tell that she cares and I never feel rushed. If I have to wait a few extra minutes for her to get to the exam room, I know it's because se is giving someone else the same care that I get and everyone deserves that.

I was exhausted and didn't have a chance to read the discharge paperwork (which likely said to follow up with your doctor). I messaged my provider with a question about my elevated blood pressure. Within a few minutes I got a call from the office to schedule an immediate appointment to be seen. Dr. Anne Bowman Ryan is not my PCP, but I found her to be not only very pleasant, but extremely helpful and thorough. I was seen within an hour and a half from the time of my message. That is impressive. I have been a patient of Dr. Macphee for probably 20 years now, and I can't imagine having a better doctor.

Any messages I sent were answered promptly by Dr. Ryan or a staff member. She followed up with a referral to see an urgent care orthopedic PA because of my injury possibly affecting upcoming travel. I appreciated her understanding and listening to my concerns.

This was the 1st time I had seen Dr. Ryan. She is as kind, caring, and thorough as my regular pcp, Dr. McPhee. Both of them are wonderful physicians who care about their patients and their health. Any visit to that office is a comfortable experience, especially for those who may have anxiety about going to the doctor's. You never feel rushed when you are with them and know that they are listening to any concerns you might have.
